What we do is put the entire Tulevision website email system on a buzzer and it wakes up our maintenance guy and security guard, Howie. 

Then Howie calls Mr. Ease over the emergency nighttime internet hot line and speaks to one of the denizens of the Cyber-Niter Internet Bar & Grill who tells Mr. Ease to check his email.

Okay, sometimes this takes a little time but it's worth it - we think.
